Innis & Gunn Highland Cask Ale, 7.4%vol - A glorious, limited-edition beer this, matured in casks that once held fine 18 Year Old Highland Single Malt Whisky. Rich, fruity and satisfying, with a malty touch to the palate and more than a hint of fine uisgue beatha on the finish, it’s an absolute belter with a gratifying ABV.

Innis & Gunn Rum Cask IPA, 7.1%vol - As with any fine India Pale Ale, hops are the key here, their floral, bitter aromatics beautifully balanced by the sweetness, toffee and banana notes of the old rum casks in which the ale was matured. This is a quirky, class act for sure and, gosh it’s tasty!‍
