delight readers with his razor sharp but often oblique observations, and will take questions

over a fine, four-course dinner paired with organic wines from Château Léoube such as

Sparkling de Léoube NV, Château Léoube Blanc 2022 and Léoube Collector Rouge 2017,

introduced by drinks editor Jonathan Ray. The ticket price includes a copy of Rory’s

book Alchemy, which he will sign on the night if you wish
