Join Spectator drinks editor at THE PIG-in the South Downs for a momentous wine-fuelled lunch featuring five fabled producers whose owners, senior directors and/or family members will present and discuss the following pours: Bollinger Special Cuvée 2022, Domaine Chanson Savigny-lès-Beaune‘Haut Marconnets’ 1er Cru 2017, Ceretto Barolo DOCG 2021, Klein Constantia Vin de Constance and Exton Park RB28 Blanc de Noirs, over head chef Craig Lashly’s carefully considered menu of homegrown Kitchen Garden produce and locally sourced fare.
The first bottles of Bollinger will be popped at 12:30pm, like all good long lunches, there’s no finish time!
Wine will be generously poured, so we suggest you order a taxi… or better yet, make the most of the day by booking a room for the night at THE PIG-in the South Downs with a special Spectator room rate of 20 per cent off its Free-Range Rate.
Tickets priced at £165 per person.
