Win a pair of tickets to attend the Lord Mayor’s Big Curry Lunch on 16 April 2026
We are delighted to support the 19th annual lunch, which takes place on Thursday 16 April at the spectacular Guildhall. One lucky Spectator subscriber will win a pair of tickets to attend the event, which includes unlimited curry, wine, beer and soft drinks, as well as access to activities on the day.
Tickets to buy, as well as more information about the lunch, are available here. All funds raised help veterans of His Majesty’s Armed Forces back into employment.
During the event there will be a prize draw to win the ‘Battle of Britain’, a unique British handmade watch from Harold Pinchbeck, one of an annual series of one-off watches named after military campaigns. Presented in a bespoke display box, which includes an authentic fragment of a Hurricane Spitfire from the Battle of Britain, the watch has a 41mm diameter stainless steel case with sapphire crystal, screw down crown and automatic self-winding, Swiss-made mechanical movement. Its case is engraved with BATTLE OF BRITAIN and the series number, 1 of 1. Tickets are £20 each and all the money raised will go towards supporting veterans into employment.
An online auction will go live in January, with more than 70 items up for grabs.
